Tickets and information (including videos) are at our website, guitarsocietyso.org. Yuri is one of the best classical guitarists out there, and he has a beautiful new album out on the Naxos label with music by contemporary composer Konstantin Vasiliev.

We will have our 21st anniversary celebration at next month’s guitar society gathering, Oct. 13, at Paschal Winery at 6pm. (We’ll finally be old enough to drink.) Please mark your calendars and bring a friend. Also, if you have any digital photos of past meetings that you’d like to share, please respond to this message, and we’ll make arrangements. Thanks!
Finally, we’re sad to report the passing of Norma Novy on August 22. She was always a bright presence at the meetings with a big, lovely smile. She will be missed.
