ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Guitar Society is proud to present the Folias Duo (foliasmusic.com) at Grizzly Peak Winery on Friday, June 2 at 7pm. They will be on their west coast tour celebrating the release of their new album Heartdance. They are a virtuosic guitar and flute duo who play classical and world music as well as their own stunning compositions. This event is highly recommended, so please tell your friends! Tickets are available on the main page of the guitar society website.

Please note that the July guitar society gathering will be on the second Friday of the month, July 14. Other monthly gatherings will be on the usual second Thursdays, including May and June.

Bob Bath announced that the Grants Pass Porch Fest would happen on June 17 and called on performers to join him.

Dan Fellman and Grant Ruiz will play at Belle Fiore on Saturday, May 27 from 5:30-7:30pm and at Tap & Vine on Sunday, May 28 from 5-7pm. Grant will play with percussionist Terry Longshore at the Schneider Museum Gala on Saturday, June 3 at 6pm; at the Ashland Rotary Club’s Taste and Talent of Spain fundraiser on June 4 at 5:30pm; and at the OSF Green Show on Saturday, June 10 at 6:45pm.

Dayton Mason will play Gypsy Jazz guitar at Belle Fiore Winery in Ashland on Friday, March 10 from 5:30 to 7:30pm with guitarist Dan Fellman and saxophonist Bob Rawlings. He’ll also play on Saturday, March 11 from 5:30 to 7:30pm at Miner’s Bizarre in Jacksonville with vocalist Greta Gardner.

Attendee Mark announced that his eclectic group Encore 5 will play at RoxyAnn Winery in Medford on Friday, March 31 from 6-8pm.

Grant Ruiz will play solo guitar at Trium Wines in Talent on Friday, March 24 from 5-7pm.
