Recap of Music Meeting September 5, 2017
We had a wonderful evening of music on Tuesday, September 5th at Paschal Winery in Talent. Our special guest artist was Cameron O’Connor who was on his way to Corvallis to be the new classical guitar instructor at OSU.
We have wonderful news! Longtime friend of the guitar society, Johannes Moeller, will be performing with his wife, Argentine guitarist Laura Fraticelli on Sunday, October 8 at 7pm at Paschal Winery. You can read more about them and watch videos on Johannes’ website. Admission is $20, a very reasonable price for such a high caliber duo. This is a performance not to be missed!
Please plan to attend the next music meeting, Tuesday, October 3rd at Paschal. We will hold elections for our Board of Directors at the meeting. Consider being part of the society’s future direction. You must be a current member in good standing to vote or to run for a board position. If you are interested in running for the board, please respond to this message, which will reach the JCGS officers.
